An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager to join the La Mer & Origins Travel Retail West team. The position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager and is based in our London office, with a hybrid working model (3 days in-office).

 

The role will be responsible for overseeing all Product Management activities such as managing promotions, sampling and special events, implementing strong Marketing plans across the EMA region for 5 Star launches. Other responsibilities include budget tracking, analysis of key launches as well as key pillar brand performance on a regular basis, product allocation to the sales team, closely work with Demand Planning to monitoring of stock levels of both saleable products as well as collateral items. The Product Manager will also be delivering Marketing presentations both internally and externally.

 

The role involves working closely with Regional Marketing Manager to manage budgets, build Marketing Calendars, provide a strong support to the field teams as well as any other ad hoc projects. Building strong relationships with retailers and key internal departments including Global Marketing and Demand Planning in New York, Lachen Distribution Centre, Category Management, Digital Media as well as the field sales team are essential to the role.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate outstanding analytical and organisational skills as well as commercial acumen and superb presentation and computer skills. An ability to be proactive and consistently evaluate/improve processes is required to thrive in this role.

 

Candidates must be degree educated preferably within Business/Marketing and be able to demonstrate exceptional marketing skills with substantial operational experience gained within a similar or related industry.
