Hoy estamos en búsqueda de la posición de "Special Events" para el cluster de fragancias, incluyendo a las marcas Jo Malone London y Tom Ford.
Principalmente buscamos a alguien que logre a través de los eventos de las marcas ejecutar experiencias de lujo y activaciones para Jo Malone London y Tom Ford Beauty, garantizando una ejecución impecable, alineada a los estándares de ambas marcas, con foco en reclutamiento de clientes, fidelización, generación de ventas, CRM y posicionamiento premium.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en venta de marca de lujo
- +2 años de experiencia trabajando en CELA Cosméticos
- Manejo y cumplimiento de KPI's (Productivity, AST, UPT, conversión, Reclutamiento de Clientes)
- Manejo Office 365

While certification in make up artistry and/or previous retail make up experience is desirable we also welcome applicants with amateur level experience. Qualifications
- While a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
