An exciting opportunity has arisen within Travel Retail West to appoint a Brand Development & Operations Executive for our Fragrance portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Brand Director - Fragrances, this role is based in our London office (hybrid: 3 days in-office) and plays a key part in supporting brand development, business execution, and operational excellence across Travel Retail West - covering EMEAI, UK&I, and the Americas.

Position Summary
The Brand Development & Operations Executive acts as the operational hub for the Regional Brand Director and the extended team - driving coordination, communication, support and execution across commercial, marketing, and education functions.
This role combines strong organizational and analytical skills with an ability to manage multiple workstreams, leveraging AI and digital tools to streamline reporting, presentations, and project management. The ideal candidate will thrive in both structured and fast-changing contexts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and follow-through on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Commercial Reporting
- Maintain and update regional sales and sell-out performance trackers and dashboards across AM/UK/EU/MEIA.
- Consolidate and validate data for business reviews, commercial analysis, and senior leadership reporting.
- Support preparation of performance presentations and internal scorecards.
Project & Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and communication for key commercial, marketing, and education initiatives (e.g. launches, activations, programs).
- Track cross-functional deliverables and follow up with internal and external partners to ensure timely completion.
Business Development Support
- Prepare and update retailer presentations, competitor overviews, and business summaries for internal or external use.
- Maintain long-range planning tools (e.g. door lists, Fragrance Acceleration roadmap) and project trackers.
- Assist in developing presentation materials with a strong storytelling lens.
Executive Coordination & Enablement
- Provide direct support to the Regional Brand Director, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage schedules, priorities, and information flow to ensure the Director’s focus remains on strategic objectives.
- Anticipate and manage administrative and coordination needs, enabling efficient decision-making and follow-through.
Workflow & AI-Driven Efficiency
- Use AI and automation platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Power Automate, Excel AI, or dashboard tools) to simplify data consolidation, deck creation, and routine communication.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy through process automation and digital innovation.
- Support knowledge management by maintaining clear and accessible shared resources and trackers.
Cross-Regional Liaison
- Act as point of contact between global brand teams, regional functions, and local markets.
- Ensure alignment on brand formats, distribution, and commercial priorities through proactive communication and coordination.
Qualifications
Characteristics of a successful candidate:
- Experience in commercial planning, operations, or business support roles (regional or global scope preferred).
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong multi-tasking capability.
- Tech-savvy and curious, with the ability to leverage AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and reporting quality.
- Advanced Excel and BI reporting proficiency (Power BI etc.).
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint).
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across multiple time zones and functions.
- Experience in beauty, luxury, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
- Professional discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidently.
