Overview

The Online Content Coordinator will be passionate about digital content with experience in planning and executing creative, yet commercial, online activations and campaigns across the brand site and retailer & pure play portfolio. This is a key role in driving the brand’s online strategic pillars forward while ensuring a best-in-class consumer experience. The Online Content Coordinator will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, trading, and global e-commerce to deliver compelling content that drives sales and enhances the online customer journey.

WHAT THIS ROLE DOES:

Content creation & Execution

  • Support the content strategy across the brand site and retailer.coms for both BAU & new product campaigns, whilst supporting in broader digital projects to enhance our virtual services offering
  • Maintain and support the development of the content calendar and content creation for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and site updates, across all digital touchpoints to align the narrative for each campaign to deliver an exciting, streamlined content plan that delivers high engagement and successful trade
  • Collaborate with global e-commerce teams to execute content rollouts and ensure consistency across digital platforms.
  • Be fully aware of emerging trends, news stories and be reactive to variables i.e. changes in weather, to drive site content, consumer journey and messaging accordingly to drive conversion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing teams to integrate global and local messaging across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the trading team to ensure content is optimised for performance, supporting key sales targets. Work with the Online Trading Team to analysis content and suggestion optimization amends
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, digital, creative teams) and external partners to ensure effective execution of the content strategy.

Content Optimization & Reporting:

  • Use data-driven insights to optimise content placement, track engagement metrics, and improve user experience across digital platforms.
  • Provide insights from data analytics to refine content strategies and improve future performance.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis of content to identify areas for improvement and drive high-impact initiatives.
  • Ensure content is SEO-optimised, aligned with UX best practices, and structured for maximum conversion.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Strong online content management experience with experience in e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute content strategies that drive consumer engagement and conversion.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess content performance for continuous improvement, with a results driven mentality
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce best practise, website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing
  • Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships
  • Excellent communicator
