Qualifications
Recognized Therapist/Esthetician qualification essential - NVQ Level 3 or above.
• Prefer experience in retail, service or hospitality environment.
• Presence and demeanor: enthusiastic, mature, articulate and well-groomed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and service-orientation

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, high-touch client services with personalized product recommendations.
• Meet individual daily and weekly sales goals and KPI targets through the use of La Mer brand knowledge and
performance of La Mer Service Ritual with every client.
• Promote and maintain the La Mer brand image and personify the La Mer Service Mission and Values.
• Build long-term client relationships using the Client Registry, special events and daily focus on services and
customized product recommendations.
• Participate in La Mer education workshops and coaching to gain knowledge of the unique brand history and story
of the La Mer products.
• Participate in appropriate treatment/protocol education to build and maintain elevated knowledge and skills.
• Use La Mer brand knowledge and the Service Ritual as a competitive advantage with clients.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene for the Spa and facial products.
• Responsible for upskilling and educating the shop floor team on the Service Ritual in line with company expectations.
