An exciting opportunity has arisen within Estée Lauder Travel Retail West to appoint a Marketing and Operations Executive for our Skincare cluster. The role will report to Regional Marketing Manager, and is based in our London office, with a hybrid working model (3 days in-office).
As a Marketing & Operations Executive, you will play an essential role in supporting both the marketing and operational activities for our skincare portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional partners across marketing, demand planning, and commercial teams, you’ll help ensure the smooth execution of product launches, accurate supply management, and timely delivery of key business initiatives. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and has a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
Main responsibilities / tasks:
- Manage the newness pricing process in collaboration with Product Managers
- Manage supply and inventory management if both saleable and non-saleable (forecast, tracking, calendarization, attending relevant calls)
- Place orders of non-salable (samples and GWP) according to the agreed calendarization
- Closely work with your regional Demand Planning team to ensure accurate supply for basic line-up and newness
- Closely work with Corporate Account Manager & Demand Planning teams to evaluate and action on any ad hoc requests regarding additional business opportunity (push lines, inflight, aquatics)
- Manage the monthly excess process to ensure usage plan for our brands is updated and align with business needs
- Assist the Marketing team with sales analysis and monthly reports.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Some experience in supply chain, inventory management, or operations within a related industry (e.g., beauty, retail, or FMCG).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong overall computer literacy.
- A degree-level education (or equivalent experience).
