An exciting opportunity has arisen for a TR Americas Product Manager to join the Tom Ford and Jo Malone London brands in the newly created Travel Retail West division. The position will report to the respective brands’ Regional Marketing Managers and is based in our London office, with a hybrid working model (3 days in-office).

 

The role will primarily be responsible for overseeing all Product Management and Marketing activations for Tom Ford and Jo Malone London across the Americas in Travel Retail.

 

The Product Manager will be a key stakeholder for the execution of the hero & key shopping moments strategy, managing 360 launch activations, forecasting newness and existing products, analysing performance of hero products and key launches, owning the assortment and non-saleable inventory, partnering with VM, Sales and Corporate teams to ensure flawless execution across the region. Other responsibilities will include working alongside the TR West Product Managers and Marketing Executives, developing Trade Marketing Calendars and presenting plans to retailers.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate outstanding analytical and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, as well as commercial acumen and strong presentation skills. The ability to be proactive and consistently evaluate and improve processes is required to thrive in this role.

 

Proven strong business analytical skills combined with advanced level computer literacy in Word/Excel/Power-point, excellent communication, organisation and administration skills, as well as a creative, flexible and positive ‘can do’ approach and an ability to work in a fast-moving pressurised environment are paramount. Fluent Spanish speaker and experience in people management would be beneficial.
