Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Travel Retail West (covering UK&I, EMEA, and Americas) to appoint a Product Manager for M·A·C and Bobbi Brown. This role will oversee Product Management and Marketing activations, with the mission of accelerating growth for the makeup cluster through impactful 360 activations and data-driven performance marketing plans.
In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of key categories, hero product strategies, and 360° activations. You will own the product assortment and forecasting for new launches (Colour & Collection Focus), working with the Demand & Supply Planning team to ensure accurate forecasts, optimized stock allocation by sub-region and retailer, and strong product availability to drive both sell-in and sell-through. You will also oversee new product launch pricing, assortment inclusions/ exclusions, and product code activation in collaboration with the Pricing and Master Data teams.
The role requires close collaboration with Global Brand Marketing, Regional Sales & Education, Visual Merchandising, Integrated Marketing, and Corporate Account teams to ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints & channels. Partnering with the Marketing Coordinator, you will deliver impactful in-store events & activations. You will also work with the Regional Brand team and local affiliates to create and adapt regional assets tailored to key shopping moments, ensuring alignment with the customer footprint across diverse markets. In addition, you will create and present retailer decks and trade marketing calendars, bringing category strategies and launches to life in partnership with Branded Sales and Corporate Account teams.
Finally, you will manage operational priorities, including project budget tracking, demand and supply monitoring, performance analysis of hero products and key launches, and collateral allocation to maintain optimal stock levels. You will also contribute to regional priorities and ad hoc projects, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding analytical and organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, a solution-oriented mindset, strong commercial acumen, and excellent presentation abilities. To thrive in this role, you must be proactive, adaptable, and consistently seek opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
You will bring proven business and data analysis expertise, combined with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills are essential, along with a creative, flexible, and positive “can-do” attitude and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, pressurized environment.
Experience within beauty, travel retail, or related industries will be considered a strong advantage.
