Description
The Education Ambassador plays a key role in driving the execution of education and training
initiatives across multiple channels. This role supports both in-person and virtual academy training,
ensuring that seasonal training and brand conference requirements are met with excellence. The
Education Ambassador will manage the education and retail sales cost centres, liaise with cross-
functional teams, and ensure that the education calendar is up-to-date, while contributing to the
growth of the brand and the development of sales teams.
WHAT THIS ROLE DOES:
Training & Education Support
• Lead seasonal training programmes and brand conferences, ensuring all education initiatives
are executed with excellence.
• Review global and regional educational materials, adapting them to align with brand focus
and priorities.
• Collaborate with the National Omni-Education Manager to ensure alignment between
education and retail sales initiatives.
• Oversee content accuracy and consistency for all education materials, ensuring they are
relevant and effective for both in-store and virtual training.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Utilise D2C systems to track training effectiveness and performance, analysing ROI and
selling effectiveness post-seminars.
• Monitor sales and education KPIs, reporting on the success of training initiatives and making
recommendations for improvements.
• Provide regular updates on training outcomes, highlighting key learnings and areas for
development.
Event & Recognition Management
• Organise beauty advisor recognition events, including milestone store rewards, seasonal
product launches, and the global "Best of the Best" programme.
• Coordinate with the corporate team to ensure events are well-executed and that brand
standards are maintained.
• Manage the beauty advisor uniform budget, ordering process, and ensure proper deployment
of uniforms to the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
• Act as a liaison between the Sales and Education teams and head office, ensuring clear
communication and alignment.
• Work closely with the commercial and sales teams to ensure that educational programmes
are aligned with sales objectives.
• Manage the calendar for the Sales, Education & Commercial Director, ensuring that key
meetings and deadlines are met.
Cost Management & Process Improvement
• Identify cost-saving opportunities within the education and sales teams, working with
corporate procurement to implement these changes.
• Ensure all education-related processes are streamlined and efficient, contributing to overall
cost reductions.
• Coordinate training courses, including event and venue management, BA registrations, and
travel arrangements, while maintaining an up-to-date education calendar.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESFUL IN THIS ROLE:
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and content
creation.

new ideas.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across
teams.
• Ability to adapt to industry trends and requests, ensuring that educational content remains

Qualifications
• Experience in retail education, training, or related fields within the beauty or luxury
industries.
• Knowledge of e-learning technologies and virtual training platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in team management and the ability to lead by example.
