#ELC Trade Marketing Estée Lauder

The Role

The Trade Marketing Intern position supports both online and offline activities of the Estée Lauder Trade Marketing Team and is responsible for the following tasks:

  • Support offline activities (supplier briefings, graphic development, material production, shipment);
  • Assist with online activities (graphic development, newsletters, Instagram, translations);
  • Create presentations for the sales force and retailers;
  • Attend meetings, produce reports, and maintain contacts with various teams;
  • Follow up on trade marketing activities and report results;
  • Coordinate with distribution for store operation materials;
  • Analyze competitors' promotional activities periodically;
  • Manage supplier invoices;
  • Update personal data files.

Requirements:

  • Creative and innovative mindset;
  • Strong analytical skills for sales reports and survey results;
  • Problem-solving skills, flexibility, and attention to detail;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Canva;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
