Description
As an Education Executive, you will be responsible for building product and category knowledge across generic staff, makeup artists, and corporate beauty advisers. You will adapt international education programs to local needs, execute training initiatives both in-store and digitally, and ensure strong brand representation through impactful education.
Key Responsibilities as an Education Executive include:

- Develop and implement online and in-store education programs for key retailers and counter staff.
- Create branded content for social media, including How-To videos and live streaming.
- Coach and guide virtual selling agents to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with the EMEA brand education team to localize global training programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailer counterparts and District Managers.
- Monitor sales performance and identify training needs within the sales team.
- Design and manage a corporate education calendar to ensure consistent training delivery.
- Ensure brand DNA is reflected in all training and in-store execution.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the following qualifications are required:

- Specialist education in Makeup Artistry or equivalent experience in the makeup industry.
- Strong coaching, teaching, and presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver clear, compelling messages and execute training programs effectively.
- High integrity and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to rapid change.
- Expertise in social media and content creation.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, including travel and logistics for training events.
- Proactive, cost-efficient approach to training execution.
- Warm, welcoming, and camera-friendly personality.
- Strong internal and external networking skills.
- Team player with a bubbly and engaging presence.
