Education Trainer

Description

As Education Trainer you'll focus on developing and delivering effective educational content tailored to specific sales channels. It involves planning training activities, creating and editing digital materials, and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth execution. With a flexible and open mindset, the role supports product launches, responds to internal and external training needs, and continuously improves educational tools to enhance learning impact. 

Redevelopment of educational materials:

• Compilation of educational materials by country or education channel.
• Accurately and promptly responds to requests for educational materials of internal/external.

Creation and edit of digital educational contents:

• Plan and discuss video production and editing.
• Produce short videos for educational channels. (e.g., How⁃to⁃use and Product introduction)
• Editing existing educational videos to fit the purpose.

Implementation of Launch Training by Sales Channel:

• Plans training implementation plans according to the annual launch and campaign plans.
• Performs tasks according to the purpose of communication with managers of internal/external channels.
• Understands the training process, provide training materials suitable for each channel, and implement training.
• Plays a role as an expert by participating in BA training and other press events.

Qualifications

The position needs to be favourable to experience a variety of educational programs and be flexible enough to handle the work involved. In addition, it requires good communication skills that lead to successful collaboration. And to be successful in assisting, need a challenging and active mind in all things.

• 2 to 8 years of experience in the beauty industry and education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software, especially, MS PowerPoint.
• Solid experience in producing training videos and ability to organize video planning.
• Oral/written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with and familiarity with e⁃learning systems and online training.
• Ability to communicate message in a motivating simple, easily understood language appropriate to audience.
• Strong management skills with the ability to collaborate and achieve consensus with other groups.
• Shows passion for retail, motivating people and delivering success.
