As one of our talented rotating Beauty Experts for this amazing brand, you’re a key figure for the support of our Too Faced retail areas in The Netherlands and Belgium.

You will display the highest level of Selling skills, Customer Service, & Product Knowledge & share this knowledge and experience with the stores that you visit, supporting and coaching the teams to turn browsing customers into converted purchasing customers.

You are driven when it comes to achieving results on site and you actively participate in events and workshops to boost the sales.

You have excellent product knowledge and you’re able to convey this knowledge in a fascinating way to the staff of the retailer and our employees.

Thanks to your ability to create strong professional relationships, you succeed in ensuring that the Too Faced brand is always presented according to the company guidelines for visual merchandising.

• Several years of retail experience and employee development in the beauty industry
• A degree in make-up or qualified make-up background is a must
• Team player with passion, high level of initiative and independence
• Service-oriented sales attitude
• Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills

• Inspiring to other team members, driving potential, leading by example.

• Based in the center of The Netherlands
• Language knowledge: Fluent in Dutch and English
• Enjoyment of travelling (80%)
