Kwalificaties

• Ervaring in Retail Management of Assistant Retail Management, bij voorkeur in de cosmetica
• Sterk in het bieden van gepersonaliseerde, inspirerende en authentieke customer service
• Teamplayer met de capaciteit om een team aan te sturen, te motiveren en te inspireren
• Aantoonbare verkoopervaring, inclusief stock- en kassabeheer
• Bereidheid om flexibele uren te werken (avonden, weekends en feestdagen)
• Ervaring met retail point-of-sale software
• Bedreven in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Management or Assistant Retail Management, preferably in cosmetics
• Strong in providing personalized, inspiring, and authentic customer service
• Team player with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
• Proven sales experience, including stock and cash management
• Flexibility to work varied hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
