- Analyse sales performance, forecasts, and profitability across Retail, ECI, Perfumeries, Pharma, and Tourist markets, identifying trends, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor door productivity in Retail and ECI on a regular basis proposing improvement measures.
- Track price evolution of top SKUS and ELCO MS in wholesale and provide insights for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to support business decisions, track KPIs, and assess brand/channel performance.
- Assess the impact of specific promotions, pricing, and marketing initiatives on sales and P&L, providing actionable recommendations.
- Support brand distribution expansion projects, including store openings, customer analysis, and market benchmarking.
- Conduct ad hoc studies to evaluate competitor performance, market share, and channel opportunities.
- Improve operational efficiency through stock review, channel productivity evaluation, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and contribute to strategic initiatives and corporate projects.
- Support to implement the new processes, templates and reporting intelligence in the commercial team.
