Position Summary
This position provides essential administrative reporting support to commercial operations across brands and sales channels. Responsible for preparing and analyzing commercial reports, assisting in sales target planning, managing incentive computation and tracking, coordinating manpower schedules and monitoring inventory performance. Supports overall sales execution by ensuring accurate and timely data and efficient reporting processes. Handles confidential information with a high level of discretion, professionalism and integrity.
Key Accountabilities:
- Consolidate reports from stores / ACES
- Monitor progress of inventory movements based on aligned instructions from NSM
- Maintain sales spreadsheets with updated information during the fiscal year
- Populate monthly sales target tracking file weekly, monthly
- Support ACES on submission of BA shifting schedule to retailers
- Align WFM work hours with agency payroll allocation
- Download necessary tableau reports for analysis of Commercial Team
- Support in monitoring progress of inventory accuracy across doors
- Provide assistance in administration tasks when requested
- Co-ordinate sales figures and prepare power point presentations show-casing sales performance and strategies required by Commercial Sales and Brand Management
- Consolidate and maintain return authorizations and work with NSM for review
- Monitor and maintain BA deployment plans and coordinate with ACES and HR Retail on progress of movements
- Track and review RTW in Frontiers versus instructed value from NSM
- Monitor progress of RTW/RTV versus cascaded list and timings
Qualifications
⁃ University Bachelor's Degree or above in business related disciplines
⁃ A minimum of 2 years' proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organization
⁃ Strong business acumen with cost⁃conscious, result⁃driven and customer⁃oriented mindset
⁃ Attention to details, work under pressure and manage tight schedule
⁃ Well⁃organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi⁃tasking
⁃ Computer Skills & Knowledge (Advanced level) including: Microsoft Office, Excel, O365, SAP, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
