About you 

You will have: 

Proven retail management/assistant management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment 

Experience in team management with skills in leadership, communication, motivation and performance evaluation 

Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling 

Experience of creating and executing in-store events  

A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service 

An approachable and friendly personality
