As a Retail Artist, you will create exceptional customer experiences through personalised consultations, expert product recommendations, and artistry services. You will bring the brand to life on the shop floor by sharing your passion for beauty, engaging customers with confidence, and helping them discover products that meet their individual needs. Working collaboratively with your team, you will contribute to achieving sales goals while fostering an inclusive, customer-focused environment.

You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, including skill certifications, to support your success and development in the role.

Qualifications

  • Role Requirements

    • Ability to facilitate exceptional, personalized customer service by providing tailored makeup solutions through strong consultation skills
    • Achieve KPI’s and sales targets through driving retail events, makeup appointments and theme days
    • Leading by example with impeccable 100% M.A.C black professional, polished grooming
    • Confidently wear and demonstrate diverse makeup looks
    • Ensure you & your team are attending mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person; travel may be required)

    What We’re Looking For

    • The ability to provide exceptional customer service, adhere to grooming guidelines, and KPI attainment.
    • Strong makeup skills (self-taught or accredited) – portfolio or examples required
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Team player with a positive attitude
    • Open to feedback and committed to professional growth
    • Flexible availability including late nights and weekends
    • Ability to travel to other locations when required
    • Impeccably groomed
    • Ability to provide see it say it feedback.
