BBA stands for BALMAIN BEAUTY AMBASSADOR. A BBA is someone who embodies and expresses the Balmain vision to the public. You are promoting a very specific image and brand culture defined by Balmain, as well as promoting the company’s products.
Your primary responsibilities are client service and sales. As a part of the Balmain Beauty Brand, you are extremely important to Balmain, because the brand’s core value of luxury service comes to life through your exceptional storytelling skills, and your ability to create strong and enduring client relationships for all who visit the counter, no exceptions.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reinforcing our beauty environment for an upscale business and assisting with any administrative and operational duties that may be required.
You will also use your exceptional people skills to build collaborative working relationships with the rest of your dynamic team to ensure that the store meets the Company’s high standards of visual merchandising. Qualifications
- Previous luxury retail industry/guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty) with selling abilities.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service & high touch interactions.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
