Formal makeup certification and/or previous retail artistry experience is desirable, however we also welcome passionate applicants with strong amateur artistry skills and a genuine love for the M·A·C brand. • While a formal qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is advantageous, we also welcome applicants with emerging or selftaught artistry backgrounds who can demonstrate strong creative flair, technical application skills, and a genuine passion for makeup and selfexpression. 

• A strong understanding of makeup application techniques across different skin tones, face shapes, and skin types is essential, along with the ability to work confidently with a diverse customer base. 

• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safe makeup application practices is required to ensure a professional and safe service environment at all times. 

• Applicants must be confident in delivering inspirational, authentic, and highly personalised customer experiences through consultation, artistry, and expert product recommendation. 

• Flexibility to work retail hours - including days, late nights, weekends, and special events is required in this fastpaced retail environment. 

• Experience using retail pointofsale systems, along with a comfort in working toward individual and team sales goals, is preferred.
