Position Summary:
- The Advanced Clinical Research team is a pivotal bridge to support innovation projects and develop novel clinical methodology and measurement science.
- This position will contribute scientific and clinical development support to innovation projects. They will work with senior ACR scientists to successfully discover novel scientific insights and support mechanisms of action insights during the clinical development of novel technologies.
- He/She will contribute to the study design and work with the internal/external team to execute studies, and analyze and interpret data. This position will conduct clinical studies under supervision, GCP guidelines and the company’s SOPs.
Role and Responsibilties:
- Contribute to scientific projects, study execution and reports within set timelines.
- Clinical study execution, following good clinical practice, inclusive of data management, and statistics.
- Perform bio-instrumentation assessment and imaging analysis in internal clinical studies as per direction.
- Work with the other ACR senior scientists and partner with the upstream technology innovation team and formulation labs to enable corporate innovation projects, and provide prompt and sufficient clinical support.
- Contribute to converting study design/synopsis to full protocol, study planning, monitoring, and investigator engagement, review study report and data analysis, and prepare a summary of study results.
- Literature research on select topics, as directed.
Qualifications
- BS Degree in science field
-1+ years of relevant experience in a life science research environment (university, research institute or industry lab), the cosmetic/ healthcare industry, clinical testing, or related fields.
- Strong technical, analytical and organization skills - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced setting while maintaining attention to details and precision in testing techniques - acute attention to details is a must.
- Independent problem solver.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Undergraduate degree in biology, material science, biomechanical, biochemistry, bioinformatics, or computer science& statistics& mathematics or related disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of clinical measurements and methodologies, Good clinical practice, and statistics are a plus.
- proven effective use of AI and programming tools.
