New Business Development Director
This position will drive all Brand’s entry strategies in all and each Latin America country- working with Brand’s leadership and Country-Region Teams. This role will be key in analyzing, supporting roll-out and implementing expansion plans in the Region. This aspect of the job also includes analyzing other new initiatives such as entry in new channels, new partnerships with Retailers or Distributors and others. Also, it will develop or leverage key strategic finance tools to be used in Latin America such as pricing, retail profitability, productivity and analysis, returns optimization, etc. This role also includes being the key liaison with the Global Value Council.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, management or finance
Years of experience: 5+ Years of Experience
Travel Time: 30%
Required Language Proficiency: English, Spanish, Portuguese is a plus

- Ability to interact with Senior Management at Country (General Managers, CFOs), Region (President and Vice Presidents), and Global (Senior VPs, Brands VPs) level.
