The Role 
You will support the execution of consumer marketing and communication activities, ensuring that all Consumer Touch Points are consistently implemented with the brand strategy. The role is focused on the organization of consumer events, client activations and marketing initiatives, as well as on the implementation of digital and social communication projects aimed at strengthening the direct relationship with the consumer. 
Key responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing timelines and budgets, liaising with agencies and internal teams, and ensuring flawless execution of activities. The role also contributes to the design, implementation and tracking of communication campaigns in collaboration with DCM functions, with specific focus on social listening, community engagement, surveys and qualitative insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of digital, social and consumer marketing activations, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Manage social listening and consumer interaction to gather insights and boost engagement.
  • Contribute to market and competition analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate the adaptation of brand content across digital and retail touchpoints.
  • Organize and oversee consumer events, managing logistics, suppliers, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure timely, consistent execution.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future activations. 

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing within Beauty, Luxury, Fashion, or FMCG industries.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for digital trends and social media.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Consumer-centric mindset and proactive, collaborative attitude.
