The "Internship" Level is the main entry point into ELC, important to understand the work environment within a dynamic and multinational context, to get to know the world of beauty and to have a highly formative experience regardless of role and function.
#ELC Facility
The Role
The intern will join the Facility Team, reporting to the Facility Manager, and will support key activities in workplace safety, environmental compliance, facility management, and general services.
We work closely with all departments in a dynamic and diverse environment, offering hands-on experience and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Performance Areas
- Support integration with the RENTRI portal (National Electronic Register for Waste Traceability);
- Help monitor and improve waste management processes;
- Assist in coordinating maintenance activities (ordinary and extraordinary);
- Contribute to updating safety training procedures (Legislative Decree 81/08);
- Participate in the digitalization of the document archive for company stores.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields;
- Passion and curiosity for environmental sustainability, workplace safety, and facility management;
- Basic knowledge of Legislative Decrees 81/08 and 152/06;
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

- Location: Milan (MI), with a hybrid work model (on-site and remote);
- Duration: 6 months;
- Working Hours: monday to friday, 9.00 - 13.00 / 14.00 - 18.00;
- Benefits: Monthly allowance, meal vouchers or canteen, transport reimbursement.
