#ELC Product Marketing Assistant 

 

The Role

The selected candidate will be part of the marketing team for the Bobbi Brown and Smashbox makeup brands, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

 

Key Performance Areas

  • Act as a liaison between the marketing team, retailers, and suppliers
  • Support the Product Marketing Coordinator in implementing product, VM, and commercial strategies across all retailers, ensuring brand image, launches, and in-store activations
  • Assist with visual merchandising activities for always-on projects and new doors (planograms to ensure and monitor in-store visual excellence, ordering materials, creating visuals, coordinating VM agencies)
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Coordinator and trade teams to review retailer websites and online visibility
  • Support the EMEA online team for brand.com (product grid, translations, alignment checks with local marketing plans)
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out data and help prepare key documents for brand management monitoring (launches, GWPs, samples, collateral forecasts, retail sales analysis for brand and competitors)
  • Contribute to market strategy and execution of 360° marketing campaigns
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing presentations and key documents for sales force and retailer meetings (Canvass presentations, price lists, etc.)
  • Support the development of in-store and on-site events, managing all related materials (promotional and POS materials, catering, window displays, etc.)

 

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong proficiency in Canva
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and survey results
  • Problem-solving skills, flexibility, organization, and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • Good written and spoken English
