#ELC Trade Marketing Fragrances 

The Role
The resource will be placed within the Fragrances Trade Marketing team (Tom Ford Beauty, Kilian Paris,  Editions de Parfum Frédéric Malle, Balmain BeautyJo Malone London) with tasks of supporting and managing trade marketing projects for various clients clusters.
The training path also includes involving the resource in data analysis activities at both product and client levels. There will also be moments of involvement in commercial meetings and in-store shadowing. 

 

Key Performance Areas
The intern, placed in the Fragrances trade marketing team and alongside the company tutor, will carry out the following activities: 

-Support in the development and roll-out of trade materials both online and offline
-Support in the development of specific projects for clients
-Management of the "action plan for Department stores" project from the planning phase to execution
-Management of the CRM program for Department Stores and creation of reports to monitor ROI activities
-Monitoring competition in terms of B&M visibility, social media, and eCommerce
-Management of the digitization process for trade slots from file creation to monitoring in-store deliveries
-Supporting the team in managing third-party platform launches and updates
-Preparation of decks for sales force and international presentations; 

 

Requirements

-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office
-Proficiency in written and spoken English
-Appreciated minimum experience
