We are looking for a New Launch Sell-In Specialist DACH (m/f/d) to join our supply chain team in Munich as soon as possible.

YOUR MISSION IN BEAUTY

The main objective of this role is ensuring the successful on-time delivery of our new products to the DACH markets. The New Launch Sell-In Specialist will coordinate the steps and milestones of the Sell-In Process during the preparation and execution phases, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual eager to build a further career in Marketing, Commercial or Supply Chain.

  • Ensure the functioning and continuous improvement of the New Launch Sell-In Process framework: market and retailer requirements, tools, timings, responsibilities, commercial strategies, tracking deadlines, communication, and escalation.
  • Kick-off the periodical Sell-In Cycles and publish its retro planning.
  • Monitor adherence of deadlines by Marketing and Commercial teams and engage with them in corrective actions if needed.
  • Assist Marketing and Commercial Teams in planning and allocating quantities.
  • Prepare and moderate cross-functional New Launch Sell-In Review Meetings.
  • Ensure every Launch campaign is correctly set up in SAP to ensure a smooth Order-to-cash process.
  • Ensure Excellence in Execution by tracking incoming orders, product availability, and adherence to commercial plans, collaborating closely with Customer Care and Product Planning to ship fully at the right time.
  • Provide an environment of reporting and analytics to drive business decisions.

  • Experience in a position in marketing, sales, or supply chain planning, preferably in the luxury, beauty, or retail industry.
  • Initial demonstrable experience in project management.
  • Confidence in handling data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in SAP, BI, Power BI, Excel, Visio, and project management tools.
  • Proactive and cooperative attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Very good German and English skills.
