Supply Chain Excellence Manager DACH (m/w/d)

Description

We are looking for a full-time Supply Chain Excellence Manager DACH (m/f/d) in Munich at the earliest possible date. This position is reporting to and working closely with the Supply Chain Director DACH.

Your role: 

• Continuous Improvement of our Customer Supply Chain processes, with a clear focus on Order-to-Cash, Transportation, Reverse Logistics, Go-to-Market and Retailer collaboration
• Digitalization and Automation: Leveraging technology and automation to increase efficiency and provide better tools for decision making
• Transportation and Logistics: Optimize the setup of our network to improve Service quality, Speed and Reliability
• Customer collaboration: Identify customer needs and trends and develop Win-Win Strategies, to be rolled out with major Retail Partners
• Performance Management: Build a Supply Chain KPI dashboard and Customer collaboration scorecards. Ensure monthly root-cause analysis and communication
• People management: Lead a cross-country Supply Chain Backoffice Team in the area of Transportation and Reverse Logistics
• People development: Organize and conduct trainings for our Supply chain team members to develop their knowledge and skills

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree with specialization in Supply Chain / Logistics
• At least 6 years of experience in Customer Supply Chain, ideally in FMCG, Luxury goods or in the Cosmetics Industry
• Good knowledge in the areas of Order-to-cash and Transportation
• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management
• At least 2 years of experience in People leadership
• First experiences in applying Value Stream Mapping or other Lean techniques.
• Good knowledge of SAP
