Based in Paris, the EMEA CRM team supports all brands of the Estée Lauder Companies group — including Estée Lauder, MAC, Bobbi Brown, La Mer and more.
We sit at the junction between the Global Headquarters in New York and the affiliates across Europe, the Middle East, Africa & India, collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders across markets.

Our mission is to constantly improve the consumer journey: by implementing new CRM triggers, personalizing communications, and creating a seamless experience across all channels (emails, SMS, push, Whatsapp…).

The ultimate goal? Driving stronger consumer engagement and building lasting relationships with the brands.

About Your Responsibilities

  1. Consumer Insights & Analytics

Analyze consumer behavior and purchasing patterns across brands and markets

Deliver actionable insights to the team and key brand stakeholders.

  1. CRM Campaign Activation

Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, WA…)

Monitor campaign performances for the regional brand, affiliates & Global

  1. Strategy & Innovation

Contribute to the development of consumer lifecycle strategies for key brands (MAC, Estée Lauder, Clinique etc.)

Benchmark CRM best practices and trends in the Prestige beauty industry and beyond
