Role overview

Join M·A·C’s Lips & CCK team to get hands-on with product and consumer marketing at scale.

You’ll support category performance tracking, competitive analysis, and 360 launch planning across markets. You’ll help consolidate pre-launch inputs, monitor post-launch results, and share best practices through regular updates to our regional affiliates. It’s a front-row seat to how a global brand builds, launches and learns.

What you’ll do

Performance analytics: Track weekly/monthly sell-in and sell-out, category and SKU performance, and promo impacts; maintain dashboards and consolidate insights for leadership.

Competitor tracking: Monitor new launches, pricing, claims, media and creators; build concise read-outs with implications for Lips & CCK.

360 launch support: Aggregate market plans and KPIs pre-launch; support toolkit distribution, asset readiness and GTM checklists.

Post-launch learning: Collect results and best practices from markets; structure case studies and “what worked” playbooks.

Affiliate comms: Co-own the Marketing newsletter with other team interns, sharing calendar updates, asset releases, and 360/GTM reminders.

Operational support: Help with meeting prep and notes, recaps, trackers, sample logistics, team moments and ad-hoc needs that keep the machine running smoothly.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

Strong analytical mindset with solid Excel skills; comfortable with PPT/Slides. Experience with Power BI is a plus.

Organized, detail-driven, actionable summaries.

Clear communicator in English

Curiosity for beauty, product storytelling, creators and consumer trends.

Proactive, collaborative attitude and comfort working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
