Tom Ford Marketing Assistant - 6 Month Internship

The marketing team at Tom Ford Beauty is responsible for driving brand desirability, product storytelling, and commercial performance across fragrance, makeup, and skincare. The role supports 360° go to market execution, working closely with global, regional, and local market teams to ensure consistent brand elevation while optimizing performance through data driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

360° Product Launch & Campaign Support

  • Support end to end execution of EMEA product launches across fragrance, makeup, and skincare
  • Coordinate campaign toolkits including assets, guidelines, and launch calendars
  • Ensure alignment between Global HQ strategy and local market implementation

Performance & Competitive Analysis

  • Track and analyze EMV, SOV, and campaign performance across EMEA and SEA markets
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor brand visibility, rankings, and trends
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and white spaces

Influencer & PR Coordination

  • Support PR and influencer reporting in collaboration with markets
  • Consolidate launch coverage, media impact, and influencer activations
  • Liaise with internal PR teams and external agencies to ensure consistency and brand alignment

Retail & Experiential Marketing

  • Assist in the development of retail activations and experiential concepts
  • Support rollout of in store animations, pop ups, and special projects
  • Coordinate with retail, VM, and education teams to ensure cohesive execution

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with global marketing, digital, retail, PR, and supply teams
  • Support internal presentations and senior stakeholder updates
  • Ensure timelines, approvals, and deliverables are met across markets

Profile & Skills

Education & Background

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Luxury Management, or Business
  • Prior experience in luxury, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred

Core Skills & Personal Attributes

  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with EMV, SOV, social listening, and performance tracking tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, matrix organization
  • Strong attention to detail and brand sensitivity
