Marketing INTERN- La MER EUKEM

LA MER EUKM marketing Team needs an assistant to support the acceleration of the brand local acceleration.

Main focus areas are in owned/ earned strategy including CRM, e-commerce & social activations. The assistant will be the primary contact of the markets to support their requests & needs. We are also looking for someone to help us build our reporting and analytical capabilities to offer additional insights on performance and learnings to the markets, regional & global teams.

Main activities include:

Monthly reporting of Earned performance / adhoc analysis through our social listening tools

Influencers scouting

Coordination with the markets on all consumer engagement related topics (media plans gathering, influencers strategies, …) – follow-up with the markets

Support in the design of Go to Market presentations, destined to the markets / regional teams

Follow-up of markets PR activities

Competition analysis (social, in store, …) / Best practices identification

CRM – Newsletter planning, content creation and rollout

Soon to graduate from a business school, with at least 1 first corporate work experience

Fluency in English is a mandatory

Analytical / synthetic

Autonomy / proactivity

Conscientiousness and precision in projects follow-up

Mastery of basic tools : Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Flexibility & ability to handle several projects / stakeholders / key contacts

Team spirit

Interest for digital / beauty industry is a plus

Able to understand the Luxury consumer / Luxury ecosystem
