Marketing Intern 360 - Color & Trend

Description

Bobbi Brown is looking for a Marketing Intern – Color & Collection to join the EUEM (Europe & Emerging Markets) regional Marketing team. The intern will support both strategic and operational marketing activities across the Color & Collection categories, contributing to product launches, campaigns, and performance analysis across European and emerging markets. 

This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a premium beauty brand within a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities  :

Support the development and execution of EUEM marketing plans

Assist in the creation and coordination of launch toolkits (presentations, communication assets, training materials)

Analyze product and campaign performance (sell-in, sell-out, marketing KPIs)

Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights

Lead regional set creation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Global, Visual Merchandising, Education, CRM, online) and the different markets around the region

Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and meetings Assist in managing day-to-day requests from EUEM local markets 

Qualifications

 Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields

Strong interest in the beauty industry, with a passion for makeup and skincare

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Proactive, curious, and eager to learn Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Skills & Requirements 

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent level of Excel and PowerPoint Fluent in English & French (written and spoken)

Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment Available for a full-time internship
