• You will be supporting the Too Faced EMEA Team on creative design support: Assisting in the creation of visual assets such as graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing materials, social media, and product packaging.
• You will be supporting the Social / Earned Media team on creating and proposing Trend/Cultural moments and reporting
• Creating content as requested by the brand (video for social media, flyers, banners, all mkt assets needed per campaign etc)
• Collaborating with Marketing and Communication teams to brainstorm and develop concepts for new products launches and marketing/social campaigns.
• Conducting research on industry trends, competitors’ analysis, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions.
• Assisting with Photo editing, retouching, color correction and resizing to maintain consistency and quality across all the supports of the brand (brand equity).
• Providing general administrative support to the team as needed, such as organizing files, managing assets, preparing presentations, creation teams/zoom backgrounds, or any internal support (visuals, invitations, teams videos…) etc.

Qualifications

Required Language Proficiency: English and French fluency

Education level : Bac +2/+5 , University/school degree of Creative design, Digital, Art School etc.

• Strong Creative Software skills : Canvas,  Photoshop (mandatory), Indesign (Mandatory), Illustrator, After Effect, Final Cut etc. are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
