The Europe Middle East Africa and India headquarters of the Estee Lauder Companies is searching for a new intern!  

About Your Responsibilities  

As part of the Estee Lauder EMEA Marketing team, the intern will support the brand Trade Marketing and Retail Experience plans across all EMEA countries, and coordinate projects with key retailers.  
This role will oversee all Product Categories of the Brand (Skincare, Makeup, and Fragrances) and will report to two managers.  

You will:  
- Work on key EMEA retailers differentiation plans through offers, sets, promos, assortments, activations and trade slots  
- Help coordinate discussions with key retailers and prepare meetings  
- Help coordinate discussions between Estee Lauder EMEA region and local markets regarding Trade and Retail Experience  
- Analyze distribution performance through specific KPIs and follow distribution plans  
- Help the Marketing Team to prepare VM and Trade briefs for seasonal campaigns  
- Support the preparation of new launches Go To Market Launchbooks  
- Work on planograms for each Estee Lauder category  
- Support the Education team with specific projects, Retail Experience, Events, and monitor performance with monthly reports  

Qualifications  

About you:  
- Strong interest and knowledge of the beauty industry, with a passion for marketing and consumer trends  
- Trade Marketing and/or Commercial background is a plus  
- English fluency  
- High analytical skills  
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint  
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines  
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
