Our mission is to constantly improve the consumer journey: by implementing new CRM triggers (marketing automation), personalizing communications, and creating a seamless experience across all channels (emails, SMS, push, Whatsapp…).

The ultimate goal? Driving stronger consumer engagement and building lasting relationships with the brands.

About Your Responsibilities

Consumer Insights & Analytics

- Analyze consumer behavior and purchasing patterns across brands and markets

- Deliver actionable insights to the team and key brand stakeholders

CRM Campaign Activation

- Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push…)

- Monitor campaign performances for the regional brand, affiliates & Global

Strategy & Innovation

- Contribute to the development of consumer lifecycle strategies for key brands (MAC, Estée Lauder, Clinique, etc.)

- Benchmark CRM best practices and trends in the prestige beauty industry and beyond
