To support our Demand Planning Department on Estee Lauder we are recruiting a Regional Demand Planner Assistant EMEA for a 6-month internship in our EMEA offices in the Paris area.

Detailed Responsibilities
- Produce an accurate sales forecast for one market from our portfolio
- Produce and maintain the forecast of new product launches in collaboration with both regional and affiliate marketing
- Conduct monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicators) analysis to identify root causes of forecast variance and undertake corrective actions
- Collaborate with our statistical provider to clean historical events and improve accuracy
- Manage master data to reflect life cycles of the products
- Maintain the usage plan of promotional items in collaboration with affiliate marketing teams
- Support the Regional Demand Planning Lead on S&OP (IBP) meetings preparation
- Process improvement: deploy a NPL forecasting tool and process on the brand

Qualifications
- Student of engineering or business school, or postgraduate with supply chain specialization
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment
- Strong Excel skills and Power BI (create, update and use)
- Must be fully proficient in English, able to follow English-language meetings and phone calls
