Legal Intern

Description

Part of the EUKEM Legal team, the Legal Intern's missions will be, but not limited to: Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents; Assist in drafting, proofreading, and editing legal documents, contracts, and memos; Organize and manage case files, records, and legal documents to ensure accessibility and confidentiality; Compile case-related information, such as client background and supporting documentation, to aid legal counsels in case preparation; Summarize legal findings and prepare reports for review by supervising legal counsels; Attend meetings to gain hands-on experience; Perform administrative tasks as required, including filing, data entry, and scheduling assistance; Adhere to department guidelines and maintain confidentiality with all sensitive information
