Jo Malone London is looking for a Marketing Intern to join the EUEM regional Marketing team. The intern will support both strategic and operational marketing activities across the fragrance, home and bath & body categories, contributing to product launches, campaigns, and performance analysis across European and emerging markets.

This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a premium lifestyle fragrance brand within a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product launches / Campaigns

Contribute to the roll-out of our 360° launch strategies for new launches

Work closely with the regional cross-functional teams (visual merchandising, online, retail, education, etc.) to provide a strategy and assets for product launches & campaigns

Support the creation of Forecasting guidelines for all new programs and update all information upon changes.

Support in preparation of product marketing related strategy presentations and materials including quarterly innovation cascade, regional roundtables, marketing workshops, etc.

Portfolio management

Support in updating lineup changes and Product assortment strategy

Performance analysis / Reporting

Consolidate and analyze sales data from SAP/BI

Deep dive into data, analyzing both Jo Malone London and competitors through monthly reporting to gain insights into our performance, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.

Point of contact for affiliate teams

Daily support of the markets of the region to ensure seamless cascade of information.

Draft and send weekly Regional Newsletter to cascade all regional product updates to affiliates.

 

Qualifications

Minimum Education Level: Student with a higher education Bac+4/5 or Business Schools (end-of-studies internship)

Minimum Years and Area of Experience: You have a first experience in Marketing and a previous experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry .

Required Language Proficiency: English fluency is a must

Licenses or Certifications: Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
