About the job: in Collaboration with the manager, the trainee will be working at the EMEA Headquarters (Europe, Middle East, Africa and India) in a Corporate position. The trainee will be in contact with all brands from the ELC portfolio and with the affiliates in the region. Responsibilities: Gathering Insights and Action Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights from various data sources. Analyze data to identify opportunities and trends for driving retail sales growth. Develop actionable plans based on insights to enhance sales performance. Campaign Execution Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to promote products and drive sales. Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery. Site Merchandising Maintenance: Manage and maintain site merchandising to optimize the online shopping experience. Ensure that product listings are up-to-date and accurately reflect inventory availability. External Tool Management (SimilarWeb): Oversee the management of external tools such as SimilarWeb for gathering market intelligence. Utilize SimilarWeb data to identify competitor strategies and market trends for informed decision-making.  Support for Pan-EU PP Account Management Team: Assist the Pan-EU PP Account Management Team in their daily business operations. Collaborate with team members to support client relationships and address customer needs effectively.  Data Analysis and Reporting: Independently drive data analysis initiatives to extract actionable insights. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Excellent Site Merchandising Execution: Ensure the execution of excellent site merchandising practices to drive user engagement and conversion. Implement merchandising strategies to highlight key products and promotions effectively. External Tools Management Best Practices: Manage external tools like SimilarWeb to facilitate best practice sharing within and outside the team. Regularly update team members on the latest features and functionalities of external tools for improved efficiency.
