About Your Responsibilities As part of the Jo Malone London & Aramis EMEA Marketing team, the intern will be responsible to support strategy deployment and campaigns executions for the brand in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa & India): On your respective category and supporting your Marketing Manager you will: • Conduct market analysis, pricing, trend, and competitive reviews, including category deep-dives and strategic recommendations. • Analyze KCI, CRM, brand.com, and competitor data to refine consumer profiles. • Support the definition and execution of the Marketing Calendar, including New Product Launches and Consumer Marketing Activations throughout the year. • Work on the End-To-End product launch process from forecast to execution. • Track campaign performance, update trackers, analyze KPIs, and prepare launch and campaign recaps for Top Management. • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for international meetings, including Marketing Manager Meetings and competitive pricing reviews. • Organize meetings, manage agendas, track attendance, and ensure follow-ups. • Act as the key marketing contact for all the affiliates, providing campaign assets and ensuring brand consistency. INTERNAL • Provide copy for newsletters, CRM, and online activations, aligning with brand messaging. Qualifications About you: • Strong interest and knowledge of the beauty industry, with a passion for marketing and consumer trends. • English fluency required. • High analytical skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
