The Assistant Manager, Global Product Marketing, Advanced Night Repair will report into the Director of Product Marketing, and support the development and execution of global product marketing strategies across innovation, core assortment, and promotional initiatives.
This role plays a critical part in bringing products to market by partnering cross-functionally to deliver compelling, consumer-centric launches that drive brand growth, equity, and category leadership. This individual will contribute to end-to-end marketing planning from concepting and new product development through go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Project Management
- Support the management of new product innovation and day-to-day project management for the Advanced Night Repair franchise portfolio
- Support program development from concept through launch, including assistance with development of marketing briefs, quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Serve as project manager for NPL project timelines, stage gates, and cross-functional deliverables to ensure programs are executed on time and in-full
- Partner with Director on management of program financials including COGS (from concept to feasibility to final approval) and global forecasting guidelines (in partnership with GBP)
Creative Strategy & Storytelling
- Assist in the development of 360° go-to-market plans, including launch strategy, key messaging, and regional execution
- Contribute to creation of global launch toolkits (e.g., Launch Books, sell-in materials, campaign briefs) to enable strong and consistent market execution
Portfolio & Business Analysis
- Own ongoing marketing-driven business reporting and analytics of business performance, including shipments, sell-through, and category trends
- Support SKU rationalization and portfolio optimization efforts to drive productivity and profitability
- Assist in pricing and sizing analysis, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive positioning
- Contribute to forecasting processes and help maintain accurate and timely business reporting
- Compile and analyze market intelligence/competitive information, make recommendations, when relevant, to seize market opportunities or adjust program elements, Manage regular sharing of information with GPM and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of related marketing experience, skincare experience preferred
- Should be a self-starter with a keen ability to work on multiple projects
- Must be highly detail oriented, proactive, strong follow through and ability to multitask
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates ownership of programs, embracing both big picture objectives
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail and clarity
- Must be flexible and determined, possessing the ability to handle a multitude of projects
- Must be an excellent team player, possessing the ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships and gain the respect of members of the cross-functional and affiliate teams
