Description

PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE:

The primary role of the Associate is to support in the execution of Holiday, GWP and Set programs, reporting to the Executive Director of High Traffic Moments.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Work closely with Executive Director and team, on development and execution of Holiday, GWP and Set programs, in support of the Vice President’s strategy.
Attend weekly development meetings to gain better understanding of product, packaging, and design. Maintain and update meeting agendas, notes and recaps to track programs
Participate in cross functional brainstorming and development sessions to continuously evolve programs and storytelling to continue to innovate and raise the bar.
Assist Manager in facilitation of all program needs, including weekly reach out calls, paperwork for legal, various presentation needs, concept briefs, and managing budget/issuing POs.
Monitor tooling and comp budgets. 
Plan for, identify, and execute all required comps for turnover to Creative, Merchandising, and markets. This includes managing process and budget, initiating the request to the outside vendor, monitoring status, getting estimates, approving costs that are within budget guidelines, and identifying opportunities to reduce spend.
Create and maintain program offering documents for all programs.  Issue updates to all groups ensuring all support groups have the correct up to date information.
Prepare and issue turnover lists for creative photography.  Prepare each mix, along with the line list, for the creative team to use as a guideline for our photography.
Coordinate regional meeting needs.  This includes the creation of the list of requirements, issuing to creative, and tracking all elements are turned over on time. Manage the presentation and coordinate between teams to make all updates needed.
Create competitive analysis each season to assist in development of future seasons.
Maintain product inventory needs and the no-charge budget.
Assist in meeting set ups for all senior management meetings.

Qualifications

  • Position requires 1-2+ years of related work experience and College Degree. Beauty and Marketing experience preferred.
  • Must be detailed oriented.
  • Must possess creative, analytical, communications and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Runway, Bubble, NPD to be learned.
  • Should be a self-starter and have a keen ability to work on multiple projects with multiple individuals.
  • Must be an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross-functional teams.
  • Appreciation for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must have the potential to assume increased responsibility.

Pay Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000.00  to $90,000.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
