Responsibilities
Concept & Design
· Concept, design, and execute work across regional campaigns, ecommerce, CRM, social, paid media, retail, and product launches.
· Bring an exceptional eye for typography, layout, imagery, composition, and design craft to every execution.
· Work across both big and small assignments with the same level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail.
· Adapt Global campaigns and established brand systems into compelling, regionally relevant executions.
· Develop original concepts and design solutions in partnership with the Creative Director and broader creative team.
· Build clear, visually compelling presentations that communicate concepts, design thinking, and recommendations.
· Present work confidently in creative reviews, respond thoughtfully to feedback, and carry ideas through final execution.
· Collaborate closely with copywriters and cross-functional partners to ensure design and messaging work cohesively across channels.
· Support photo and video concept development through mood boards, visual references, shoot ideas, and creative decks; storyboarding and on-set experience are a plus.
· Ensure all work meets brand standards while continually looking for opportunities to elevate the execution.
Planning & Execution
· Own multiple projects from brief through final delivery, balancing quality, speed, and business needs.
· Partner with the Creative Director and Creative Operations to prioritize work and meet deadlines across a high-volume workload.
· Understand when an execution requires deeper exploration and when a smart, efficient design solution is the right answer.
· Prepare and review files for digital, social, ecommerce, print, and other channel requirements with exceptional attention to detail.
· Problem-solve proactively and bring a positive, solutions-oriented mindset to changing priorities and feedback.

· Stay connected to beauty, fashion, culture, social, ecommerce, and design trends and bring relevant inspiration into the work.
· Explore new tools, technologies, and creative approaches, including AI, to improve ideation and execution.
· Actively seek feedback and opportunities to grow in concepting, presentation, art direction, and leadership.
· Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture by sharing ideas, supporting teammates, and approaching the work with curiosity and positivity.
Qualifications
Qualifications
· Exceptional creative taste with a portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
· 5+ years of design experience within beauty, fashion, luxury, agency, retail, or another design-driven industry.
· Strong hands-on design skills with experience across digital, ecommerce, social, CRM, and campaign work.
· Ability to both concept original ideas and execute within established brand guidelines and design systems.
· Exceptional typography and attention to detail are a must.
· Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate design thinking and confidently present work.
· Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma required.
· Experience creating mood boards, storyboards, shoot concepts, or photo/video creative decks is a plus; on-set art direction experience is welcome but not required.
· Motion, video editing, photography, Lo-Fi content creation, and AI-assisted creative experience are a plus.
· Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Curious, collaborative, positive, low ego, and eager to learn and grow.
· Passionate about beauty, design, culture, and creating exceptional work at every scale.
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $139,600.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
