The Program

 

The Presidential Management Associate (PMA) and Senior Presidential Associate (SrPA) Summer Internship Programs are part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. The full-time programs are intensive, two-year rotational programs specially designed for MBA graduates with over five years full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies

 

 

 

Before this, the Estée Lauder Companies offers first-year MBA students the opportunity to participate in the Summer Internship Program between their first and second years of their MBA program. The 10-week Summer Internship Program offers participants challenging and engaging experiences within critical business functions, working under the guidance and sponsorship of a key executive.

 

 

 

Finance Track

 

The Finance track provides customized rotations across Global Brands, Regional Finance, and Corporate Finance, that will enable participants to gain hands-on experience in key financial functions. Key focus areas include Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Accounting & Controllership, and New Business Development.

 

Sample Internships:

 

  • Global Brand FP&A – Estee Lauder Brand
  • North America Finance – Hair Care Cluster
  • Global Value Chain Finance (Supply Chain and R&D)

 

 The summer internship program offers participants:

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

 

  • First year MBA student with over five years full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
  • Robust project management skills, flexibility, business acumen and executive presence  
  • Ability to relocate to NYC for the summer

Compensation
