Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator, Key Account Planning to support strategic account plans for key retail partners and distributors. In this role, you’ll assist with sales data analysis, performance tracking, and partner communications to drive growth across retail channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to align strategies and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Planning Support: Assist in developing and executing account plans; gather and analyze sales, product, and consumer data; support annual business plans, QBRs, and retail promotions.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track sales performance, identify trends, and prepare reports and dashboards highlighting opportunities and KPIs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to align account plans with marketing initiatives and provide insights on customer needs.

  • Account Communications: Prepare presentations, sales materials, and product information for retail partners; track and support partner relationships.

  • Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, documents, budgets, and resources for account-specific initiatives.

  • Event & Promotion Support: Coordinate retail events, product launches, and promotional activities, ensuring timely execution of materials and displays.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, retail sales, or marketing (beauty/consumer goods preferred).

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM or sales management tools a plus.

  • Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
