Description

⁃ Receive and process all Repair and Maintenance and store supplies requests submitted by counter and freestanding store locations.

⁃ Work closely with the vendor to confirm scope of work and cost on all projects, confirm any projects exceeding the budget allowable spend limit with the Commercial Retail team and receive approval before proceeding.

⁃ Reference list of stores that are still under warranty for appropriate invoicing and vendor assignment for resolving issues.

⁃ Contact our Retail Partners and acquire approval if applicable. This includes ensuring all necessary and insurance documents have been filed correctly and in a timely manner.

⁃ Ensure field personnel are aware of all schedules and fully understand the scope of work being performed via clear communication updates in ROTM and/or Outlook calendar invites.

⁃ Run reports within the Repair and Maintenance Management System, i.e. request for renovation projects and warranty issues.

⁃ Partner with Commercial Retail team to schedule regular store maintenance activities and bi⁃annual inventory counts with the correct vendor partners.

⁃ Review inventory count discrepancies by affiliate/brand and publish analysis to affiliate Finance and Retail Operations business partners.

⁃ Consolidate bi⁃annual inventory count reports for Affiliate and Regional business partners.

Qualifications

⁃2+ years of related work experience

⁃ preferably in retail/channel business development, account management or planning, consulting

⁃Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills, including deep knowledge of Excel

⁃Very strong problem⁃solving skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into meaningful conclusions

⁃Ability to structure documents (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, business summaries) to effectively communicate with senior management

⁃Strong written, oral, and presentation⁃based communication skills

⁃Strong ability to work independently and manage one's own workstreams

⁃Demonstrated ability to work on several projects simultaneously and to thrive in a project⁃based environment with a closely intertwined team

⁃Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi⁃task

⁃Well⁃developed interpersonal and influence skills ⁃Four⁃year college degree or equivalent

Pay Range:

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $27.60 to $40.95. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
