Job Description

Maintain and update Clinique’s presence on the internet across Online channels. Work with several internal and external stakeholders to create and oversee the execution of e-commerce oriented programming and content. Support the team with business analysis, merchandising, inventory management, QA efforts and customer service/operations. This position reports into the Director of NA Ecommerce for Clinique.

Key Responsibilities Clinique:

PRODUCT/DATABASE SUPPORT: Clinique & Dr.Jart+

· Responsible for ongoing maintenance and update of the product database, including addition of new products and continually monitoring/changing outdated information (e.g. discontinued products, price, etc.) and actively merchandising for optimal site experience.

· Conduct final user testing and quality assurance processes on all new offer codes and new products to ensure accuracy, browser compatibility and highest quality user experience.

· Update and distribute all promotional calendars to Customer Service, Tools & Operations, Marketing and Production teams.

· Continually monitor brand site online promotions and proactively notify team of any changes that need to be made.

 

· PRODUCT/DATABASE SUPPORT: Clinique

· Work with Creative, Education, Legal, Marketing and Product Development for additional product data needs to ensure highest level of customer service on North America sites. Escalate any discrepancies in product data to Ecommerce Managers.

· Serve as the team’s main point of contact for Online Sales Planning team regarding new launches, sample PO’s and all tracking associated with new inventory for the brand sites.

· Serve as the team’s main point of contact for Customer Service and Operations for all promotions, marketing plans, new products and consumer questions and issues; Work with senior team members to resolve Customer Service issues.

· Participate in Online planning meetings regarding new product launches, emails, promotions, etc. Assess new programs and promotions based on historical analysis. Take and distribute meeting notes.

 

MARKETING/SITE SUPPORT: Clinique & Dr.Jart+

· Work with team to plan and execute seasonal programs for Clinique Online. Assist in the creation, ideation and planning of ecommerce projects.

· Assist the team in creating and implementing certain aspects of site refresh.

· Assist in various aspects of email marketing, including asset delivery, testing, approvals and regular reporting.

· Assist in QA of special ecommerce projects.

· Partner with Accenture to submit briefs and tickets for site refreshes, product launches and landing pages as needed (Dr.Jart+ only)

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· 0-2 years related experience; online experience a plus.

· MS Office with proficiency in excel.

· Detail-orientated individual with strong organizational skills.

· Appreciation for fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range:

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $26.25 to $38.95. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
