Description
Repairs and Maintenance
• All Emergency and Afterhours work orders
• Approve Not to Exceed limit amounts in Service Channel
• Service channel Bi-weekly export reports
• Manage all escalations from the Brand and its leadership teams
• Manage the quality and consistency of service from the OneSource team
• Provide daily support to the OneSource supervisor on all escalated issues and development opportunities
• Lead Support in operations of the Service Channel system for OneSource team/Brands/Corporate support teams
• Develop new system updates with Service Channel support based on Brand/Corporate needs and facilitate training for all new employees and field leaders
• Manage Service Channel dashboards
• Provide monthly performance reports to brands and stakeholders on R&M WO’s and costs
• Manage lease and brand driven capital renovations under $100K for respective brands
• Identify project scope, create timelines and project plans with relevant departments and track progress to ensure each project is completed by the given deadline
• Facilitate lease/brand/corporate driven store closures and all work on behalf of brand + landlord/Sub-Tenant
• In partnership with the finance team, manage brand R&M budgets
• Develop, implement, oversee preventative maintenance recommendations and budgets on an annual basis
• Manage cross functional and departmental Service Channel projects, i.e. EHS, Interconnected Retail (IT).
• Partner with RDDC for turnover of new store documentation and information along with turnover of store design material.

Vendor Management
• Actively evaluate existing vendors based on service, quality and cost
• Work with IP to develop RFP’s for new services and products am
• Facilitate pricing and negotiate on the brands behalf for sub-contractor pricing and vendor agreements
• Research and resolve past due invoices and open statements
• Administer Vendor compliance documentation per EHS guidelines thru Service Channel/Fixbook on an annual basis
• Create end to end vendor maintenance in Ariba
• Create Purchase Orders, perform goods receipt, reconcile payments for R&M vendors.
Retail Projects
• Planning and hands-on management/oversight for multiple projects at various locations including new store openings, closings and renovations
• Lead project conference calls to align all Corporate Business Partners on key dates, project milestones and outstanding action items
• While onsite, you must be able to identify, solve and/or escalate issues that arise
• Identify, prevent, and manage risks throughout each project lifecycle, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the duration of the project
• Develop project agendas and supporting materials, such as turn books and quick reference guides
• Demonstrate full accountability for end to end management of projects
• Lead project conference calls to align all Corporate Business Partners on key dates, project milestones and outstanding action items
• Provide regular updates to Team Lead for project schedule, at-risk action items and staffing concerns
• Maintain the store opening/closing checklist in the shared project tracker
• Complete and submit all necessary opening and closing order forms
Qualifications
⁃ At least 5 years of experience in Retail Facilities Maintenance/Vendor Management roles.
⁃ Strong track record of driving excellent retail operations and building capabilities ⁃ developing, managing, training, and measuring retail policy and procedure programs for a sizable business/market
⁃ Knowledge of retail operations and strategy
⁃ Able to comprehend and provide inputs into business strategies
⁃ Experience in International retail organization, luxury / prestige beauty industry is preferred but not required
⁃ Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
⁃ Experience working with a Work Order Platform like ServiceChannel or Fexa.
⁃ Able to confidently communicate with leaders in various levels: Affiliates and Regional
⁃ Able to drive changes by influencing, inspiring, teaching, and collaborating
⁃ Knowledge of Customer Journey, Consumer Experience & Satisfaction Survey Programs, Workforce Management & Labor Optimization
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $139,600.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
