The Estée Lauder Companies Technology, Data & Analytics (TD&A) organization helps enable the consumer journey, strengthen business performance through data and AI, simplify and automate ways of working, and provide a secure, scalable technology foundation for the Company.

As a TD&A intern, you will gain practical experience working in a global technology, data, and analytics organization. Interns will contribute to meaningful assignments and projects that support business priorities and impact how ELC operates. Opportunities may include working with technology and business partners, learning relevant tools and capabilities, and sharing ideas with TD&A leaders and team members.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $25.00 to $33.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must have completed their Junior year by program start (June 2027) and on track to graduate in May 2028
• Related degrees for technology roles (Engineering, Data Science, or, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field)
• Must have strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills 
• Is a team player 
• Is highly motivated and self directed
• Shows a strong willingness to learn 
• Ability to work autonomously 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
